Security deposit
For rentals, a deposit of 200 euros will be required (covering any damages, as well as lack of cleanliness upon departure).
No keys will be given without a deposit. No checks or cash will be accepted.
We present to you the Swikly online deposit. This is a fully secure online platform that we have integrated into our booking system to process your deposit.
The Swikly deposit is not debited and does not impact your credit card limit.

Upon arrival at your accommodation, you must check the condition of the premises using our mobile app or via Swikly.
If the rental is returned clean and undamaged, you do not need to do anything, and the deposit will be automatically canceled within 48 hours.
In the event of a disagreement regarding the accommodation on the day of departure (breakages, damage, unfinished cleaning, etc..), a dispute will be opened with the Swikly deposit platform, and a mediator will liaise between us.
In the event that the deposit does not cover the repair costs following a finding of possible damage, an invoice for the repairs to be carried out will be sent to you. We remind you that civil liability insurance with camping/rental extension must be taken out. Example : broken window !
New for 2025 : Early arrival at 12 a.m. and late departure until 2 p.m. (in low season)

It’s why we propose to you an early arrival option from 12 a.m. or a late departure until 2 p.m. (subject to availability and excluding July/August)

After a long journey, there’s nothing better than being able to settle in right away.
With our early check-in option (20 euros), you can check into your rental as early as 12 a.m. instead of 3 p.m.. This allows you to start your stay without delay.
With our late check-out option (25 euros), until 2 p.m. instead of 10 a.m., enjoy a last moment of relaxation before hitting the road.
For the best possible vacation, don’t forget to contact reception the day before your arrival/departure.
